Blue Devils beat Martin Luther King with an 8 run second inning
Jay Pittman went 2-2 as Blue Devils took home a 9-6 victory over Martin Luther King in seven innings at Brent Foster Field on Tuesday.
He doubled in the second inning and singled in the fourth inning.
Nolan Chambers pitched lights out for Lebanon Blue Devils Varsity. Chambers held Martin Luther King hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two.
Blue Devils split double header with White House Heritage
The Blue Devils opened their season with a double header at White House Heritage. The double header was part of a make-up game from Monday that was rained out.
In the first game, senior Dillon Hulse threw a solid game, going five innings and only giving up three runs. (Read more...)
Blue Devils at Lebanon Youth Baseball Tryout
Lebanon Blue Devils assisted at the Lebanon Youth Baseball Tryouts on February 16th. Lebanon Youth Baseball had approximately 300 participants tryout for the newly merged league.
Blue Devils that assisted in the tryout are Sophomores Grant Partlow, Jackson Arnold and Freshmen Austin Holland, Tyler Montgomery, Austin Montgomery, JC McDearman and Chase Andrews.
Brent Foster Field Dedication announced March 9th at 11am
All former players and coaches will be invited to come back for the Dedication on Opening Day at Brent Foster Field on March 9th at 11am.
The day will start with an 11 a.m. pre-game BBQ meal. First pitch vs. Central Magnet of Murfreesboro is planned for 12 Noon. Alumni players will be introduced over the PA system and will take to the field in their old positions as LHS Hall of Fame coach Brent Foster (or his representative) takes to the mound to throw out the first pitch.(Read More...)
Modern Woodman Financial Sponsors Pancake Breakfast
On December 22nd, the Lebanon Blue Devil baseball team held their annual Pancake Breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Claus. In addition to the young men serving the community breakfast, they also collected toys for Toys for Tots.
The Blue Devils partnered with Modern Woodman Financial, who backed the program by doubling their profits. Kevin Copeland and John Doak represented Modern Woodman when they presented the baseball team with a $5,000 check.
The Lebanon Blue Devil baseball team partnered with Spectra Energy and Habitat for Humanity to help build a house for a deserving recipient.
Coach Black along with his players that met the age requirements helped with the laying of bricks.

2012 graduates Dent Burger and Alex Dozier extended their playing careers Friday, August 3, 2012, when they both signed a letter of intent to play for legendary Hall of Fame coach Woody Hunt at Cumberland University.
